Phoenix Way's story began in 2001, when James Clarke & Alison Bagnall saw a gap in the Manchester market for a professional recruiter who really understood the region.  At that time, the major players were national recruiters, but Phoenix Way brought something new to the market – expertise coupled with a passion for the region.

Phoenix Way have gone on to build a reputation as experts in recruiting staff for the Accounts and Legal industries and the introduction of our HR and Office Support Divisions illustrates our continuing growth and success.

With six fantastic years of success behind us, we’ve achieved superb results including:
