To drive high quality volume, sales in line with First Choice business objectives, by achieving personal sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.


What you'll be doing

For our customer

  • In this role you will be selling services and products from the entire First Choice product range as well as 3 party operators, whilst continually offering advice and providing exceptional customer service. Using your excellent selling skills, you will offer our customers a one - stop shop experience.
  • You’ll be confident and able to build a rapport and relationship with the customer over the telephone, whilst adapting the sales framework to meet their individual needs.

  • To be a great sales advisor, you’re a true sales person and achiever who sees the significance in being the voice of First Choice on the phone.
  • You’re also likely to be a result-driven self-starter who is motivated by working towards, and exceeding, your targets.
  • You will recognise the importance of driving sales for the company through maximising the profit potential on every sale.
  • It’s also important that you are mature and flexible with strong communication skills and have a real ‘knack’ for problem solving.

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Experience in a customer focused and target-based sales environment.

Desirable

  • Call Centre background
  • Sales background
  • Experience in a travel industry role

Working Patterns

  • The National Sales Centre is open seven days a week.
  • Shifts are flexible, although weekend, evening shifts and some Bank Holidays will be required
  • Sales Advisors will be working on an annualised (banked) hours contract
