What You'll Be Doing:
For our customer
In this role you will have daily involvement in selling services and products from the entire product range whilst continually offering advice and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be attentive and confident with the customer, both face-to-face and over the telephone, and able to quickly and easily build rapport with customers whilst adapting the sales framework to meet their individual needs.
For our company
You will have extensive knowledge that enables you to confidently sell package holidays - air, cruise, UK, worldwide and ski holidays and also ancillary and insurance products. You will be self-motivated with strong communication skills and target-based sales experience and will also be comfortable working under pressure within this environment.
