Our client is looking for candidates to join their customer service team, answering inbound telephone calls, assisting within the projects they are undertaking, dealing with maintenance problems, ensuring all questions and queries are dealt with quickly and effectivley, talking customers through procedures how to get systems back online and working correctly. Ideal candidate must be, pleasant and professional on the telephone, have intermediate Microsoft and Excel skills, be confident and hard-working and be flexible with overtime. Must have proven customer service experience.
