Our client is an established blue chip organisation, providing a portfolio of finance/insurance related products and services to both the consumer and business markets. Currently seeking a motivated and driven individual with strong customer service and administration skills to join their successful and expanding team.
Healthcare Insurance Agency Liaison Executive
A highly varied administration and customer service focused role to be based within the organisations Finance department.Successful applicants will be responsible for liaising with healthcare agencies, answering queries, providing support and processing all related administration.Processing application forms from new agencies wishing to deal with the company, chasing up references, providing details on healthcare policies and updating the system with data, answering queries relating to rates and commissions, ensuring payments are processed on time and are always accurate, maintaining spreadsheets and more.

Hours of work:
35 hours per week ranging between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday
Essential requirements
All applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Administrative skills - capable of managing workloads within a fast paced environment whilst remaining accurate and efficient.Familiarity with Word and Excel is essential
- Customer service skills within a telephone based environment (NOT face to face eg retail) the role demands the ability to communicate confidently with organisations over the phone and as such all applicants are required to have an excellent and confident telephone manner, professional with the ability to respond to all customer enquiries within agreed timescales
- A strong work ethic and a committed attitude to work.Punctual, enthusiastic and reliable
