My client is an extremely successful, dynamic and progressive outdoor advertising company. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to recruit an additional Account Manager to drive forward designated personal accounts at Agency, Specialist & Client level; as well as working within the sales team to achieve overall company targets.
Responsibilities will include day to day client interface through handling of incoming calls, quotes, setting up meetings and other requests.
-Preparing sales presentations, perform client research on budget, spend, seasonality, preferred media formats etc.
-Reporting market and product developments, including competitor activity, to the Group Head and keeping alert for new product and business opportunities. This will include potential acquisitions for the company.
- Upholding at all times the company's high standard of ethics and integrity.
-Compilation of key client strategy document
- Attending a minimum of 2 agency meetings per week and compiling meeting report within 1 day of meeting taking place
-Quarterly financial targets to be exceeded
This role is London based with a basic salary in the region of up to £35k depending upon experience. the ideal candidtate will be a well presented, entrpeneurial self starter with previous agency experience and strong commercial awareness. Direct client experience would be a bonus.
Ideally you will have dealt with media agencies selling into planners in any medium; having a good base of connections would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
