Description:  

My Client is looking for a Finance Assistant.

The Ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, will ensure that xheque and cash reciepts are correctly banked and accounted for. Raise sales invoices on time and from propery authorised invoice requisitions, ensure that the ordering procedures are followed correctly, to check that purchase invoices and cheque requisition forms are properly authorised and coded and entered on to the system, you will deal directly with clients and suppliers in respect of account queries.

Also the ideal candidate will have basic bookeeping qualifications (RSA1) or part qualified AAT or substantial bookkeeping experience, numeracy evidence by GCSE at grade A-C or similar, accurate keyboard skills and a methodical approach.
