TELESALES EXECUTIVE / ADVISOR - INBOUND & OUTBOUND
Your role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, acting as a first point of contact to customers looking for solutions to their debt problems. After discussing and logging their current circumstances, you will refer qualified leads to the relevant department.
Previous call centre experience is essential in a role where communicating effectively and professionally to clients while working in a targeted environment is paramount. You must be computer literate, possess excellent attention to detail and be a self-motivated team player.
