Description:  

Credit Insurance Administrator.

The candidate will be responsible for the processing and monitoring of all credit insurance claims through our external insurer and our group insurance policies.

They will also assist in the applying for credit limits to our external insurers.

Key responsibilities will be –

  • Applying on line for credit limits to external insurers, chasing the decisions & providing financial information / trading history if required.
  • Processing credit insurance claims.
  • Monitoring the claims once paid and liaising with the legal department to check for debtor payments.
  • Processing any repayments back to the insurer.
  • Scanning new and existing claims into the Invu system.
