Always moving forward and looking to improve upon our high standards of social care, our established 30 strong multi-disciplinary Equipment and Adaptation team deals with 350 referrals a month and has cut waiting times down from one year to a matter of weeks.

Whether you are newly qualified or more experienced you will work to empower people with a disability to live more independently by assessing their needs and providing equipment and adaptations.
To enable you to do this to the best of your ability we will give you comprehensive induction, regular supervision from an OT manager, support from our Senior Practitioner Ots and opportunities for CPD activities.
We will give you the right amount of autonomy to suit your confidence and abilities.
Recognizing that you have a life outside the workplace we are able to offer you arange of flexible and creative hours that would be hard to find elsewhere.
