Our Children in Need service provides referral and assessment services, child protection enquiries, plans and a range of services to provide support to children and their families. We also have a specialist team who provide services to children with a disability.
We are seeking an experienced and resourceful social work professional with significant experience of managing front line services/teams to join our busy Children in Need service. Your knowledge of child protection, looked after children and the common process will inform your delivery of the Every Child Matters Agenda. You will have sound performance and financial management skills, the enthusiasm and drive to lead and support Managers in a range of services.
