As a Telephone Negotiator, you will contact members of the public to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate repayment plans. This will involve identifying individual’s financial situations and finding a way forward to minimise the impact on EOS Solutions.
Previous experience in a customer service, telephone or retail position is an advantage in this role along with first class communication and IT skills. You will be working in a target driven environment and will need the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
Hours are scheduled to cover our current opening hours of 8am – 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 2pm Saturday. Full time opportunities are available for 37.5 hours a week within these hours including 5 late shifts per fortnight.
Starting salary is £14,780 rising to £15,250 on completion of a probationary period. On target earnings are £17,000 per annum with benefits including BUPA, pension, child care vouchers and free car parking.
