RESPONSIBLE TO: SERVICE DEVELOPMENT and IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
This is a fixed term post for 10 months
Trafford Children and Young People?s Service (CYPS) is transforming into an integrated service in partnership with Trafford PCT and Healthcare Trust.
The Service Development team is pivotal to the success of Trafford CYPS operating as an integrated service. We are now seeking to recruit an Implementation Support Officer for managers to join the team.
Working with colleagues across CYPS, Trafford Council, Health Services and the voluntary, private, community and faith sectors, the Implementation Support Officer will be responsible for supporting team managers to ensure that the Integrated, Information, Referral, Assessment and Tracking (IIRAT) processes are implemented accordingly within Trafford CYPS.
