A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven experience of data management to get your foot in the door in the highly lucrative and in demand SAP / Siebel environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining master data within SAP and Siebel databases on a European basis.

You will possess the following skills: * exceptional eye for detail with proven experience of accuracy in data management * excellent communication skills * Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skill * Prioritisation skills * Logical and methodical approach to problem solving coupled with good analytical abilities * Excellent IT skills/ understanding with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * A second European language will aid your application * Any experience or exposure in SAP, Siebel or similar ERP / CRM systems is an advantage *

Your main duties / responsibilities will include: * Ensuring Siebel requests/activities are accurately completed. Requests include; account location opening, maintenance, pricing, account closure and general support of my client's invoice production process * Responding to requests via telephone and email * Contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives * Running critical controls and audits to ensure data consistency and integrity of master data held in Siebel and SAP * Regular contact with other departments across Europe to support pricing/account management inline with my client's service offer * Supporting the European Billing process *
