Web Business Systems Analyst : Job Details

My client is a major global organisation and due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a Web Business Systems Analyst. In this role you will act as a liaison between internal business customers and the Web Development Team to facilitate the delivery of timely, commercial Web and E-Commerce solutions for agreed business projects. You will work alongside the Senior Business Systems Analyst in the management of key projects and also take responsibility for specific tasks within the team. Working closely with internal customers across functions to truly understand business requirements and responding to them when appropriate. Although not a technical role you will work closely with the web technical team to translate these customer requirements, review potential solutions, striving to implement a solution and then provide the education and guidance on using the system. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a commercial environment, ideally marketing. You will also possess an awareness and appreciation of web technology and how it offers solutions to a commercial business, ideally having experience in use of a Content Management or E-Commerce system or testing and training of I.T. solutions. You should be able to work by your own initiative to drive and deliver results whilst managing multiple deadlines in a project orientated environment, and also possess first class communication and influencing skills to build and maintain working relationships across functions.
