We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to help us achieve our goal of providing customers with an unrivalled personal home shopping experience. Our client is a major home shopping brand and household name. Your main day to day role will be answering calls from customers, identifying their needs and representing the company in a polite, efficient and friendly manner. We have full and part-time positions available which will involve working between 8am to 11pm Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. These are permanent positions based at our Preston site.
Key responsibilities;
? Taking inbound calls from customers wishing to place order
? Ensuring all orders are accurately placed onto the system and advise on stock availability
? Discussing payment options with the customer
? Confirming delivery arrangements with the customer
? Working towards personal and team targets
