This new Manchester Planning Team works on the most exciting and prestigious projects across the North of England and beyond. The team provides market leading advice to private and public sector clients on a range of development types.
They are looking for Chartered Planners, potentially recently qualified, who have experience in urban planning matters. The work will involve advising upon both planning policy and development control matters as well as inputting to the submission of major planning applications.
You will be involved in large scale, often mixed use, retail, leisure and residential schemes and town centre re-developments
