Description:
Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced geoenvironmental or geotechnical consultant to take charge and develop their office in the North West.
This company is involved in both consultancy and contracting work and the scale and variety of projects is huge, with clients ranging from major residential contractors through to regional government and commercial developers. Some projects to date include the reclamation and remediation of a disused Gas Works and the site investigation and remediation of land for a major retail distribution centre.
Primarily the focus of the role will be business development, to increase the client base in the north west and to strengthen and evolve the office. If successful you will also be responsible for the supervision and mentoring of the less senior staff and will also assist in the resolution of any technical difficulties.
My clients aim is to establish this branch as a key player in the north west and need a candidate who is able to win work, be able to tackle technical difficulties and develop the business how they see fit.
