Description:  
Our Client is looking for a Contracts Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management of ongoing contracts, co-ordinating labour resources, procurement of materials, project planning and estimating of works.

Ideal candidates will have a strong commercial acumen and proven experience of delivering projects against time, quality, safety and budgetary objectives will be considered. Ideally you must be competent with computer aided estimating systems and Design software.

Key Attributes:
Excellent people-management skills
Strong commercial awareness, including the understanding of P&L reports
Competent in the issuing of specific risk assessments and method statements
Monitoring of PPM programmes and the ability to produce good quality reports and presentations
Excellent communication skills
Constant contract review for efficiency along with critical operations planning
Production of Project Related Management Reports, based upon P&L, Risks and Opportunities
Excellent Customer Relationship Skills
