FIRE RISK ASSESSORS

Our client is seeking to employ Fire Assessment Assessors to carry out comprehensive fire safety assessments to a range of public & private buildings in the North West. As Fire Assessment surveyor you will be required to perform a audit of the premises in relation to the updated Fire legislation ( RRO) including fire risks assessments and fire management of each property. You will then make recommendations as to work that needs to be carried out to bring each property up to current statutory legislation. Candidates will preferably be form a building surveying or construction background and a good understanding of building fabric and construction methods. Previous experience in carrying out Fire Risk Assessment and candidates holding the BRE Fire risk Assessment Training certification will be at an advantage.

This is an on going contract position which may lead to a permanent position within the company.
