A Senior Consultant / Business Manager opportunity has arisen within a specialist technical agency focusing on the European market. You will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience to a senior level, proven ability to develop new business, knowledge of technical market sectors ideally within Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical or Energy. You will be joining a team of 3 on a contract division currently generating 500,000GP, your role will be to not only add value to the team but to coach, grow and take the division to the next level.
The Role:
*Managing a team consisting of 1 senior consultant & 2 resourcers
*Specialising in the European market - Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical and Energy sectors.
*Developing and identifying new business opportunities
*Continuing to build strong relationships with existing clients
*Motivating and developing your team
*Providing support to the team and leading by example
*Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times
The Person:
*Previous recruitment experience to Senior consultant level
*Ability to manage and develop an established team
*Knowledge of ideally the Technical and EU market sectors
*Resilient and business minded
*Proven ability to generate new business and build strong relationships
*Car Driver
The Package:
*Basic salary C25K (neg doe)
