My client is the IT division of one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists with over 30 years experience and an annual turnover of over £200m. With the continued success within the Altrincham office they are looking to recruit strong resourcers to assist the consultants and manager - this is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within the recruitment market.
The Role:
You will be working alongside an experienced consultant sourcing candidates, liaising with clients and working towards the role of Consultant.
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates
*Supporting and working closely with the team manager
*Candidate liaison
*Relationship building
*Developing your own client base
*Ability to looking outside the box to source the right candidates
*Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment
*Interviewing, screening and matching high demand candidates
*Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times
The Person:
You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within a sales environment. This is a demanding, varied and challenging role but an excellent opportunity to move into a recruitment environment.
*Ideally previous recruitment experience / a proven track record within a targeted sales environment or professional sector.
*Graduate or graduate calibre.
*Evidence of academic achievement or ability.
*Evidence of stable work record, career planning and the stamina to succeed in previous roles.
*Pro-active attitude
*Drivers licence
