Banking Advisor
£15k Basic£20-22k OTE
Our client is a market leading financial services organisation which is continually growing and currently requires Banking Advisors to join their Manchester based office.
Your role will involve handling calls referred from the call centre and you will be responsible for selling these clients a new bank account service. Will also involve handling inbound calls from clients regarding the bank account service and converting these enquiries into sales. You will be responsible for ensuring all new and prospective clients are fully informed of the bank account service. Ascertaining their suitability, explaining the process of opening the account and requesting any relevant documentation. Making follow up calls to chase necessary documentation. You will also be dealing with any queries from clients throughout the account opening process.
This role is ideal for someone who is used to dealing with inbound calls within a sales environment although any telephone based experience would be considered. A team player with an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills, you will also have excellent customer service and good time management skills.
