The role of the Telemarketing Consultant is to furnish the Field Sales people with 40 appointments per month. To achieve this they will be required to achieve certain numerical KPI’s which are listed below.
KPI’s
80 dials per day
8 appointments per week with lots of support
Ensure all appointments are of good quality and meet all criteria
Complete all relevant documentation
Inform Representatives of all appointments

Candidate Profile:
Some experience of either telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting
Professional attitude and appearance
Stable employment history

Lives within a reasonable commuting distance from Altrincham
Good attendance record
Demonstrate a basic level of knowledge of PCs and call centre software
Training Provided
The individual who is successful will be given a one week full induction programme which will give them an understanding of our products and market place along with a sound knowledge of our internal system.
