My client are based in the Chester area are looking to expand their team specialising in the Oil & Gas industry. They are looking for a dynamic member to join the team who has drive and ambition to succeed in this specialist area.
The Role:
You will be a specialist recruiter within a hugely successful and booming market sector. The role will involve all aspects of recruitment: business development of new and existing clients, sourcing high demand candidates UK and abroad, head hunting, researching the market, interviewing, meetings, developing relationships, meeting and exceeding targets and all aspects of recruitment.
The Person:
You will have a proven and stable track record within a targeted recruitment environment looking to bring your skills and experience into a new challenge role and market sector where you can develop and provide a superior quality service tailored to your client's requirements. This will require the ability to source high level candidates, negotiate and liaise with senior contacts.
The Package:
*15-20K basic doe and OTE C40-45K
*Free parking
*8.30-6 Mon to Thurs and 8.30-5 Friday
