Our client is a blue chip - marketing leading Group of Finance Companies - that due to the success of their business are looking to expand their Personal Debt Management - Credit Control Team.
We are looking for PROFESSIONAL and ARTICULATE candidates who are able to build and maintain professional and long lasting relationships with debtors and creditors. Also to be able to identify and implement workable solutions to suit both parties.
To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills;
- Previous experience within Credit Control and / or Personal Debt Collection
- The ability to build and maintain relationships - you will need a strong but sympathetic telephone manner
- Be able to prioritise your own workload - meeting tight weekly and monthly deadlines
- Be the type of person who will relish the challenge of working in a target driven environment. Some one who works hard but plays hard as well!
