My Client, one of the UK?s largest training providers are currently recruiting for Business Development Advisors to join their growing team in their Southport Contact Centre. Through the use of a specialist database you will contact potential and existing employers promoting Government funded training schemes and commercial opportunities across Hospitality, Care, Sport, Retail and Engineering sectors. Other duties include.
- Issue letters and promotional materials to interested employers.
- Provide excellent customer service including follow up and after care calls.
- Record all communications accurately and efficiently onto the company?s database.
- Be driven to achieve and exceed individual targets.
To be considered for this position the following skills and experience are required.
- Customer service experience in either a retail or contact centre background.
- A strong telephone manner that is professional and polite.
- A positive and motivated attitude to work and a strong level of commitment and work ethic.
- This will be demonstrated with a strong attendance record and maximum of two jobs in the last two years.
- Knowledge and experience of IT systems.
- The ability to empathise with young people and desire to assist them in the achievement of their career and learning aspirations.
